Placing an Order

New Customers

Thank you for your interest in our products.
If you are a new customer you will need to set up an account with us before we can process your order. You have the option of paying by credit card (we only accept Visa and Mastercard) for each order without having to fill out the Credit Application or you may set up a credit with us so that you can be invoiced for the orders placed. Please see below for the steps you will need to take in order to set up an account with IMA.

Invoice Customers

• Please note that as an Invoice Customer, we will not be able to ship out your first order until we have contacted all of your references and set up your credit limit. If the order is urgent, please provide us with your Visa or Mastercard Credit Card information for your first order.
• Download and fill out the Credit Application Form and either fax it to 888-548-1462 or E-Mail it to SRamsay@I-MA.com.
• We will contact you with your new Customer/Account Number once we have contacted your references and set up your credit limit.

Credit Card Customers

• Please note that as a Credit Card Customer, you will not be invoiced for the orders you place. You will have to provide your credit card information for each order.
• We only accept Visa and Mastercard
• Download and fill out the New Customer Form and either fax it to 888-548-1462 or E-Mail it to SRamsay@I-MA.com.
• We will contact you with your new Customer/Account Number and your Order Confirmation Number if you placed an order.
